Whilst the two core areas of our business, Asset Management and Development Management, are distinct, there is also a significant degree of cross over within these disciplines. As a result, our clients benefit from a deep pool of knowledge and resource, ensuring that our collective expertise is available to all of our clients.
Christos Demetriou.
Managing Director
Christos founded Ethos in 2008. As an experienced Asset Manager, Christos’ key role is to agree and implement the business strategies for investment and development assets, whilst also working on the delivery of development projects. He is responsible for overseeing and reporting to all of our valued investment partners.
Chris Hickey.
MRICS - Director
Chris is an experienced Chartered Surveyor with a strong general practice background, enabling him to advise our clients across the spectrum of professional work. Chris identifies strategic opportunities for growth and development, whilst overseeing the running of the diverse portfolio that Ethos manage. Chris plays a key role in the successful delivery of development projects, with a particular focus on initial acquisition and planning.
James Kennedy.
Investment Manager
James has many years of investment and development management experience gained from working within a number of London based funds. In recent years James has developed a specialism in the student housing sector and is currently advising some of our key clients on new student housing opportunities across the UK, from initial site acquisition right through to the creation of an operational entity.

Dixon.
Residential Property Manager
Kim is a residential property manager with nearly 10 years’ industry experience and has achieved two ARLA qualifications as well as completing a post graduate Law degree. Kim has a comprehensive knowledge across all aspects of residential property management and successfully oversees the smooth running of the residential portfolio which Ethos manage through our residential lettings company, The Property Pod. Claire Price.
Development Manager
Claire is a Development Manager who is responsible for the successful delivery of the development projects. Claire has worked on a wide range of construction projects, in various sectors, which has given her the knowledge and experience to anticipate & mitigate potential issues and risks arising on a development, assisting in the smooth delivery. She has 10 years’ experience in the industry and a Masters degree in Project Management for Construction.
Penny Fletcher.
Management Accountant
Penny qualified as a Chartered Accountant (ACA) in 2007. She began her career as a Forensic Accountant investigating and assessing the financial effects of fraud and money laundering. Since joining Ethos Property as a Management Accountant, she has designed and controls the systems of accounts required for the recording of all business transactions. She produces information for the management team to enable effective organisation control.
Andrew McLean.
Client Accountant
Andrew is an experienced client accountant who has been specialising in the property sector for many years. Having worked both in practice and industry, he has been involved in all aspects of accounting for both property management and investment companies. Andrew is responsible for the day-to-day accounting of the commercial property portfolio and ensuring the financial information provided to our clients is of the highest quality.
