Ethos was tasked with finding a site with development potential, within a central Brighton location, and ideally comprising some interesting buildings. Despite the difficult brief Ethos identified a site which fulfilled all of these requirements and successfully negotiated the purchase of the site on behalf of our client.

Following the successful site identification and acquisition service provided by Ethos, we were appointed by the client as development managers. We utilised our contacts to assist our client in putting together a strong professional team comprising architects, building contractors, M & E consultants, structural engineers, branding experts and interior designers.

 

Adding Value.

Ethos successfully secured planning permission for a substantial two storey rear extension with a roof terrace, as well as the construction of an additional floor of office space, adding significant capital value and considerable increase in income potential.

Exciting Times.

Whilst the development is still underway and building works are in full flow, a large number of expressions of interest are already being received in respect to availability of space. Ethos has already been tasked to identify other opportunities to further grow this concept regionally, within this exciting sector.
